Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a 50-hour Pranayama Online Certificate which can be registered with Yoga Alliance USA as YACEPs. These hours also count towards our online 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course.

1. Is this certificate valid for Yoga Alliance RYT credits? Yes. This is a 50-Hour YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) course. If you are already an RYT, these hours can be registered toward your continuing education requirements.
2. I am a beginner. Can I take this course? Absolutely. While it is a Teacher Training, we cover the Foundational Preparation and basic techniques before moving into advanced practices, making it accessible for all levels.
3. What happens after I complete the payment? For Indian students (INR) and International students (USD), once payment is verified, you will receive your login credentials within 2–8 hours. You can then log in to our portal and begin your journey immediately.
4. Will I be able to teach breathwork professionally? Yes. The course includes Practical Pranayama Classes and teaching methodology, giving you the confidence and legal accreditation to host your own breathwork workshops and sessions worldwide.
5. Are the Bandhas (Energy Locks) included? Yes, we integrate the study of the three Maha Bandhas (Root, Abdominal, and Chin locks) as they are essential for safe and advanced Pranayama practice.
