About Course
The 100-hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is great for students who are short on time, want to brush up their yoga skills, or want to add additional hours to their existing teaching certification.
The 100-hour yoga online course is part of the 200-hour yoga course; it’s for individuals who don’t want to do the entire 200-hour yoga course at once, so we provide them the opportunity to do it in two parts.
After completing the first 100 hours, you can join us at any time to complete the second 100 hours program to receive the certification of a 200 hours certified yoga teacher training course, which allows you to teach anywhere in the world.
How does the online training work?
The course is a combination of live sessions, recorded video modules, self-practice, and self-study. There will be up to 10 optional live asana classes where we will correct your alignment. During these live classes, you can also clarify any doubts you may have. You can double-check the class schedule with us.
Course date
Yoga online course date is flexible, you can start on any date and complete the course between 1 to 3 months.
Exam and Certification
Students are required to give a live demo or students can send a video recording of their teaching. There will be separate quizzes/exams for theory.
Refund Policy
The course fees are non-refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
